Join our customer-centric team as a Remote Customer Experience Associate. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

  • Provide information about products and services.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback.

  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
